Hello! I'm known as Cinamin1 (from the Vibride site) I'm 26, and been married since December '06. We're not ttc, but I've been off bc since November '07. In the meantime, I want to be informed, just in case... I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and currently don't have any kids.

Hi Sistah! Welcome to our little group of new mommies. I think it's so cool that you can know the date. I have had people tell me they knew the ver INSTANT they were pregnant. They would joke about it an six weeks later the proof would be staring them in the face! lol
Was it a special occasion for you guys or just getting close to your partner? It was hubby's 40th birthday for me. He acted like he was tying to prove something! :D

LOL! Thankfully, I’m a realist. I used to be able to figure out my ovulation days, based on my cycle being so precise, down to the exact day. I got off the shot because I knew it would take a while for it to wear off. My doctor says it could take anywhere from 4 months to a year to be completely gone. So, I signed up for ‘short-term disability’ insurance and here I am…. Reading, ready, and waiting.

I have been married 1 year almost 3 months. I am 27, he is 29. We are not ttc, but we are definitely getting ourselves in place so we can be comfortable when we do. I am not on BC for personal reasons, so we are ready whenever- just in case.
I am currently a nutritionist/breastfeeding educator at WIC in FL, and I work with pregnant moms, babies, and children un to age 1 on BF and Nutrition Issues in those categories. I am currently working to lose a little weight to get to a healthier weight before I get pregnant. I can answer many questions some may have.
